Is applied to support of the registry of the lease arrangements and control above their fulfilment. * Support of the registries of objects of the lease, leasers, rent payments, electronic documents including graphics images connected to the lease arrangements;
* Automized account of the rent, balance, fine, outgoing from the customized characteristics of consumer qualities of the object of the lease;
* Automized creation of documents and reports;
* Automized integration of payments of exchequer, from a DB created program Payments.
